The Scodosia Ethnographic Museum at Casale di Scodosia hosts a collection of tools, objects and machines employed during the past decades and become obsolete. The exhibition concerns country and craft’s works and domestic life aspects. The museum is divided into two sections: the first one relates to the house, the second one to working activities. In the house, some particular rooms have been recreated, such as the kitchen, the bedroom and the wine cellar to show the main aspects of domestic life. Here are also on display some typical tools, such as devices to make butter, bread, and pasta, washtubs, etc. Working activities tools are organized according to the specific activity: the tools of farmers, smiths, carpenters and cobblers. There is also a room focusing on fabric manufacturing, and another one on weight and measures devices. The museum spreads over two floors of a building part of the Villa Correr complex.
